Missed a couple days

Okay, so I've slacked a little. With working and going immediately to prayer revival, I haven't worked out the past 2 days. But, I have still been watching my calories and staying within my allowance.

Today is the last day of the revival, and I may or may not be able to work out today. I've just been so exhausted this week. So tomorrow begins again with the intense workouts.

Oh but I have discovered Diet Dr. pepper. It's not terrible! And there are zero calories! So I think I'll have one of those on occasion, to help get my Dr. Pepper fix. Hoping to see some good news on the scale this week. Haven't really decided when I'm going to weigh though. Maybe on Sundays.

  1. Personally, I've always preferred weighing in on Wednesdays. Like, if you have a splurge on Saturday or something it kind of gives you time to get back on track and it gives your body to regulate itself. Also, Wednesdays are always kind of schedule-oriented since they're in the middle of the week. I feel like weighing on a Wednesday morning would be more likely to reflect an accurate weight. Not to mention the phrase has a nice swing to it... weigh-in Wednesdays. Anyway, I just felt like I'd add my two cents. Feel free to take it or leave it. You're doing a good job! :)
